See why us locals love the Cotswolds! On this one-day tour, you'll get out of the minibus and into the countryside to explore Broadway Tower, Broadway and Burford, and experience the Cotswolds' celebrated walking trails. You'll enjoy up to three glorious walks on this tour: a short walk to Broadway Tower Country Park for panoramic views and red deer sightings (1 mile/1.6km); Broadway Tower to Broadway following The Cotswold Way (1.5 miles/2.4km; optional); figure-of-eight walk in the Windrush Valley to 3 secluded Cotswold villages (2.75 miles/4.5km; shorter option available; optional). Between stops, travel the narrow country lanes, while your friendly local driver-guide brings the Cotswolds to life with a fun live commentary. Tour includes pick-up from central Stratford-upon-Avon or Moreton-in-Marsh railway station, enabling an easy connection by train London, Reading, Oxford, Worcester or Birmingham.

You will get the most out of this tour most if you can easily walk 3 miles/5km on mixed terrain - we have easier/alternative options for less able walkers, but you should be able to walk a minimum of 1 mile/1.6km

Please ensure you choose the correct pick up point. Occasionally, all guests for a particular tour request pick up from Stratford-upon-Avon, and in this case we will not go to Moreton-in-Marsh. Likewise, if all guests have requested pick up from Moreton-in-Marsh, we will not go to Stratford-upon-Avon. If the pick up point on your booking is incorrect, or you change your mind, please change it through your online account, or contact Go Cotswolds.
The total tour duration of 8 hours includes travel time. Approximate travel times are as follows: 30 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon to Moreton-in-Marsh (for those who select pick up in Stratford-upon-Avon); 15 minutes from Moreton-in-Marsh to the start of the trail to Broadway Tower; 40 minutes from Broadway to Burford; 10 minutes from Burford to Asthall; 10 minutes from Asthall to Burford; 30 minutes from Burford to Moreton-in-Marsh
Broadway Tower Country Park can be freely accessed on a public footpath, but if you wish to go inside the Tower, the admission fee is £14 per person, payable at the Tower shop (not included in the price of this tour)
